 7- How do you balance learning and practicing the four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking?

As a matter of fact, sometimes I can't balance it, but I generally improve my reading by reading English books, speaking by attending English theaters, and listening exercises at school and  writing is by writing poems. In order for them to be in harmony, they should all be studied at their own levels.

 27- How do you handle difficult English words or phrases that you come across in your reading or listening? In Reading and Listening, I usually first draft a sentence with the words I know, but this draft exists only in my mind. Then, if I'm stuck on some words, I try to understand what they mean.
