 How do you deal with frustration or discouragement when learning a challenging aspect of English?

As a matter of fact, I usually had a hard time pronouncing some words, but it can become very easy when I repeat the word and practice speaking for example I attended the English theatre course for my speaking.

 27- How do you handle difficult English words or phrases that you come across in your reading or listening? In Reading and Listening, I usually first draft a sentence with the words I know, but this draft exists only in my mind. Then, if I'm stuck on some words, I try to understand what they mean.
