 29. If you had a magic wand that could solve one global problem, what problem would you choose, and how would you solve it?

Provided that this problam is about nature, I choose global warming to solve it. Global warming is droughts, fires, floods, heat wave, degradation of habitats and others. However, if this were not nature nevertheless something different. For example, wars, crimes, genocide, etc. But since these are into politics, I don't think you are asking them in this question. So, I would like to solve the global warming problems.

 27- How do you handle difficult English words or phrases that you come across in your reading or listening? In Reading and Listening, I usually first draft a sentence with the words I know, but this draft exists only in my mind. Then, if I'm stuck on some words, I try to understand what they mean.
