 How do you balance learning and practicing the four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking?

Although; I can generally adapt, sometimes this harmony may be disrupted, for example, sometimes my writing skills are very silky nonetheless I can have trouble listening, and this sometimes causes me to have trouble with English. Nevertheless, I believe that with hard work I may overcome this. Moreover, when I really got used to it, I was working on each area of ​​English and it really made me tired sometimes, only it was beneficial to my English.
