Describe a time when you felt a significant improvement in your English proficiency, and what contributed to it?

At school, I always joined the drama club and every play was English. The plays here were always performed in the auditorium so that a lot of people or just students could watch them. Sometimes when our teacher is late, I become the director instead of him as I was chosen in the voting and since my English is good, I write the scenarios and this makes me very proud.

In Reading and Listening, I usually first draft a sentence with the words I know, but this draft exists only in my mind. Then, if I'm stuck on some words, I try to understand what they mean.
